Girma Geresu (MAJ) is a seasoned leader with a distinguished military background, having served in various capacities, including as Commander-in-Chief of the Ethiopian Army. His military career is characterized by strategic leadership, disciplined management, and a strong commitment to service. Transitioning to the corporate world, Girma now applies his leadership expertise as the Finance and Administration Manager at our company. We recruit our employees based on our criteria of employment. These may include their academic standard and physical fitness, their ability to withstand difficult situations, their work experience, and the availability of sufficient referrals among many others. After all these screenings, they must have security clearance from the Forensic Department of the federal police, a medical certificate from a recognized medical institution. Lastly, in case any criminal acts are committed, a guarantor (i.e., an employee or a self-employed person) is made to sign for the employee to hand him over or be liable for any wrongdoing.
